3 Year Old Program
Our 3-year-old class focuses on motor development and developmental learning. Like the 2-year-old class, this curriculum is also play-based, very hands on and age appropriate. Some of the activities the “3’s” enjoy are open-ended art, such as gluing, finger-painting (with paint, shaving cream and sometimes even chocolate pudding!) learning about numbers, shapes and colors through manipulatives, science activities, music and movement etc. The “3’s” classroom has a large dramatic playroom where children carry on wonderful conversations. They have a beautiful playground right outside their classroom door (as do the “2’s”) and enjoy running and playing, as weather permits.
