Diane O’Leary
Second Grade Teacher
Diane O’Leary is a native of Marin County. She received her BA and California teaching credential from San Francisco State University. She has 29 years experience in education which includes teaching 6th grade, 3rd grade, 2nd grade and kindergarten. She has taught religious education for learners of all ages, pre-school through adult. Diane has been teaching at GSLS for 20 years. She is currently the 6th grade core teacher and middle school coordinator.
Her teaching style and expertise is well suited to the unique year of sixth grade and beginning the middle school journey. She knows firsthand what the expectations are for “continuing the experience” of Good Shepherd Lutheran School. In addition to her elementary school experience, she is the high school youth leader at her church and she teaches middle school religion classes.
