Nick Knoles
Band
Nick graduated from the Conservatory of Music at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA with a Bachelor of Music in Trumpet Performance. At UOP he studied under Lenny Ott, and has played with Christian McBride, Dave Brubeck, Chris Brubeck, and Bobby Watson to name a few. He has also studied under Patrick Langham, director of Jazz Studies, and George Nemeth, director of Brass, both professors from UOP. He is currently working on his teaching credential from Dominican University and will pursue a Masters in Music Education. I have been teaching private trumpet lessons for more than 3 years in Marin.
